Description
Data Analysis and Development

With this mod you can create supplies for your research.

Before you can start creating materials, you need to make the necessary research.
All materials are produced at one crafting station using the Science skill.
Recipes do not affect the Artifact System and the price of research materials.

Research:
Data analysis
Requirement: Tech. Level 3, 6 Science books.
Unlocks the construction of the CAD Research Bench and the creation of common Science books on it, as well as material for them.

Ancient Science Books
Requirement: Tech. Level 4, 6 Science books, 3 Ancient science books
Unlocks the creation of Ancient science books.

Engineering research
Requirement: Tech. Level 5, 6 Science books, 3 Ancient science books, 1 Engineering research
Unlocks the creation of Engineering research.

AI Cores
Requirement: Tech. Level 6, 4 Ancient science books, 1 AI Core
Unlocks the creation of AI Cores.

Recipes:
Parchment = 1 Water + 1 Fabric
Science Book = 1 Parchment + 1 Leather
Ancient Science Book = 10 Science Books
Engineering Research = 10 Science Books + 1 Ancient Science Book
AI core = 3 CPU + 30 Electrical Components

Pardon me, I totally missed PulsarLance's post prior to making my own comment. To confirm, for anyone using JUST Genesis, while it looks like this mod is integrated, it is not. An aspect of it was - the CAD Bench Model used for a Power Generator - however, the "tech" aspects available to research are an unintended side-effect. Subscribing to this mod directly, and setting it to load before Genesis should see things working properly. I've just done that and now that weird CAD/Generator thing is JUST a CAD Station. Sorry for any confusion my post may have caused.

As others have mentioned, the CAD research bench is some weird generator/bench hybrid when using Genesis. I read the bit about load order, however, this mod is PART of genesis. I.e. I've ONLY got Genesis installed, not this mod (I'm not subscribed) so it doesn't even appear in my load order to be able to change. I suspect this is an issue for the Genesis guys to address? I'm going to make a post there, unless others have done so already.

Confirming for Genesis users that you need to change the mod loading order in the Mods list on the preLauncher window (Mods tab) so that this mod loads BEFORE Genesis.

@zalnar1990 Found on Genesis's website: "TLDR: for a reason. i only needed the model and forgot to remove the tech. you wont be able to craft books in genesis"

currently i got the Genesis mod installed. the Generator 3 is in the category TOWN - POWER like you said, if i build this CAD researchbench the only thing i can do is put fuel in it an work it like a generator, there is no tab for recepis or anything just a blank space where i can put fuel in it, the data analysis and develpment mod seems to be a part of genesis becaus i can build the CAD researchbensch without the standalone mod, am i missing something?

For future reference (Genesis mod users), those who were looking for it, I found mind under TOWN - POWER named Generator III for some reason, the description should mention the CAD Research Bench

Genesis' team often change the content of the used mods, so I think it's best to ask about this on the Genesis page.

Alright, question where do I make these? I am using Kenshi Genesis mod and turns out this is included in the modpack and I researched the data analysis and can't find anywhere to build a crafting station for this item. CAD research bench? Where I can't see it in the build tab? Is it perhaps Kenshi Gensis' fault?
