OkayArt199 basically summed it up nicely on where to locate the files. This map however is currently not multiplayer compatible.

yAboi, creating a tutorial may be difficult because my files are formatted differently because there located in my d drive as opposed to my c drive and the documents is in my c drive so the game is basically linking between both drives as opposed to being situated on one drive.

I have the jagerbahn mod tranfered but it still does not show up on the map.

go to Windows>ProgramFiles(x86)>Steam>SteamApps>Workshop and transfer the workshop files from WRS1 and WRS2
