Description
Here is the car that got the most votes when I asked what I should make next.

It comes with 2 versions, the Grabber with the Ford 289 V8 OHV (swapable with the other V8 OHV engines) and Stock with the straight 6.

It can be found in all locations.

Required DLC: Ford

The regular hood comes from a different 3D model and that is why it does not quite fit the car.
Due to making all the surfaces having to have a front and a back, the paint looks bad. Not much I can do it fix it at this time.

My thanks to Enrique Martinez Escalona for uploading the original 3D model.

Update: I have reworked the model so it now looks better and added the 385 OHV to the swap options.

i love this car for one reason because my real name is maverick and seen that there is a lot of good looking ford mavericks out there that i would love to fix in this game there are some from 1970/1972/1975 ones

Nice job YT - in the UK we had the Capri, virtually identical but V6 or I4 - I have knocked up a couple of configs to sort this dilema...You are right iz a bit tricky to overcome steering rack thro oil pan - solution, raise and enlarge engine til the tranny comes thro firewall - perfect! PS did you manage to do a rust map - thats the only part missing for me ! - keep up the good work !

What year is the Maverick is this supposed to be based on? Love the model anyway, I have a 1972 Maverick, and was just curious of the differences.

I restarted Steam and reinstalled this mod which made it work again and nothing has been lost. :winter2019happybulb:

I'm having issues with this car, I purchased it from the junkyard and spruced it up. I left the game and came back the next day for it to show an error card where it states: " There are problem with following assets - Car_Ford_maverick " I try to uninstall this mod and install again but the game is persistent in updating and keeps un-scheduling itself. I will try to restart my PC and steam itself.

terrible model, clearly poorly put together lol, the textures are effed and theres clearly no split edge or anything
