Animated Portrait Set:
Fully animated war-painted skeletal humanoids. Because sometimes you need an obvious bad guy. Can be used to create player empires and may also show up as a prescripted empire.

Prescripted Empire:
“Sharn Purifiers” Fanatic Purifier Blood Court. Arctic Preference. ***This requires Utopia DLC for the Fanatic Purifier civic. If you don’t have the DLC but want to use the portrait you can still create your own custom prescripted empire in game.***


This mod does not affect any vanilla files, nor does it add any gameplay feature. I don’t think it should cause any conflict with most other mods, although there might be exceptions I haven’t thought of.
