Description
This is the brick textured version of the RVA detached house 02a.

About the building
This asset is inspired by a home at 314 N 32nd St in Richmond VA. The house was built in 1907 by John T.J. Melton and is a contributing structure in the Oakwood/Chimborazo historic district. The original owner was R.S. Jenkins. My favorite aspect of the house is the unique window on the mansard roof gable. The original building is wood siding painted teal as is found with my other copy of this asset (02a).

This building should go well in a New England, Mid Atlantic or Rust Belt based city, as well as many other North American cities. There will be additional set of compatible Historic RVA homes forthcoming in the next few weeks.

About the Historic RVA collection
The Historic RVA collection attempts to recreate homes of the style constructed in Richmond VA in the period of 1880s-1930. I will continue to grow this collection over time with special focus on the areas of Church Hiill/Chimborazo, The Fan District and the mansions and grand apartments on Monument Ave.

Detailers should enjoy this collection as I will reskin many of the models to offer different variations like you would find in real-life neighborhoods. Could be as simple as brick vs siding or fancy windows versus basic windows. I will do my best to keep the poly counts down and share textures among different models but If you're playing on a potato then when the collection becomes large you may be best to just pick your favorites from the group rather than download all variations.
