AI Succession Balance

Description
Want more of a challenge? This will help give it to you.

The player has many tools to deal with succession. Divorce, disinherit, murder, battle injuries, etc all act to limit the odds of an empire implosion. The AI isn't smart enough to use these leading to an advantage for the player. This mod balances that out by making primogeniture free and available to the AI starting day 1. This leads to stronger and more durable enemy kingdoms as all enemies (even tribes) will have the durability of the byzantine empire.

The mod also makes primogeniture available to the player. The player can choose to follow the original succession rules or take primogeniture at any time.

The images show how kingdoms tend to grow stronger and even Poland can blob and be stronk.

It appears that Paradox, to improve game performance, has made it some some countries do not check succession until it is needed. Because of this some countries may not show they have selected primogeniture until decades into the game. Don't worry they will come around as leaders die.

Mayors of cities also accept primogeniture and upon their death the cities are inherited by me. How to change file so tribes cannot accept primogeniture? Tribe must suffer :D
