No satisfaction difficulty modifier

Description
This mod remove the satisfaction modifier in higher difficulties than normal. So now you will don't get satisfaction penalties because of the difficulty. Every difficulties are set to 0 (no bonus/penalty) except easy which still at +10.

Does that account for me or for the A.I. ? Will the A.I. get satisfaction buffs at higher difficulties?
