The Norman Knight was the poster child for the Western European cavalryman for much of the 11th Century. These heavily armed horsemen were a decisive factor in numerous battles, especially in Sicily, so why do the Normans not start with the ability to recruit Heavy Cavalry?

I have rectified this situation in two ways:

1. Normans have access to Heavy Cavalry.

2. A new unique unit "Norman Knights" has been added to the Norman Culture. It is a stronger, but more expensive, Heavy Cavalry Unit. It is only available to Norman culture.

This new unit is subject to balance changes. Feedback is welcome.

There's another norman knights mod, but it creates a light cavalry knight instead, it's more akin to a medium cavalry, counters heavy infantry and archers. I think it's a better balanced option tbh.
