Should be more up to date ^^ Im not sure about the historical battles, i stopped playing the game atm
If you found what you wanna edit, then paste your file in his gameplay folder and hit overwrite. And if he updates his mod you have to do it again. You can also do it via versa, like grabbing his files EXCEPT his GD one and paste them over but keep your GD version and merge his stuff into yours. Hope it works, have fun^^
C:\Users\yourUSERname\Saved Games\EugenSystems\SteelDivision2\mod\yourMODname\Gameplay
and paste it over into other mods. The GD file is an option settings file and contains the time limit rules, while other mods features are stored in other files. So its maybe possible to just combine these mods if you couldnt them all in one.
I tested this with shatras mod for example, its a great overhaul for many game aspects. I was able to pull over my GDConstantes and then had my time limits with most if not all of his mod features too.
So, grab your GD file and paste it into other mods in the steam workshop path. All the best :-)
