Torga is a character where most of their unique-ness lies in their ability to control the stage with powerful tools and strong combos. Torga has an excellent combo game despite their slow speeds and that is complimented with their 2 most volatile weapons: Water Bomb and Saw-blade.

* Uspecial will throw a waterbomb that can be hit around to allow for interesting edgeguarding, traps, and combos.
* Dspecial will place a saw-blade on the ground that will traverse that floor of the stage with constant weak multihits; reaching a ledge will cause it to explode with a stronger hitbox sending up.

Saw-blade can be locked in-place during the start of the move by holding special, subsequently using fspecial will cause it to turn and begin moving in your currently-facing direction.
