New Enemy Weapon Tables

Description
Enemies do not have range penalties or bonuses. This mod fixes that and assigns them the same table as my XCOM range mod.

Note that this drastically alters the gameplay in that it makes things infinitely harder for you if the enemies are positioned well and close. They get point blank bonuses. If they are far however it makes things easier.

A Cover Mod that provides 45/30 or higher is recommended.

My XCOM Range table is technically not "required" per se, but it's not fair if it's not used.

I really, really recommend adjusting your playstyle and moving away from enemies with Shotguns.

V2.0 - Updated, Aliens are penalized more for taking long potshots. This will discourage the AI from attempting shotguning across the screen.

V2.1 - Praetorian, Hitman and Bruiser RiotShield table removed, replaced with +10 at all ranges. It's a melee weapon. If you don't have my Improved AI Mod, the Hitman and Bruiser never use their ShieldBash so those 2 have no effect.

V2.2 - Rooting Poison Spit now on the MEDIUM table (SMG).

Not compatible with Grobo's Tactical Overhaul Mod, either because
it is integrated into it or fundamentally conflicts with it.

After extensive playthroughs I updated this mod to values I consider more fitting to the space XC:CS uses and how enemies react.
