This is an updated version from my original "CIV Female Adult in Coat" that I have been wanting to do for awhile.
I edited the arm to having her hand in her pocket instead of the awkward thing the animation was doing before.
I also refined the mesh and lowered the amount of triangles, and reworked the textures.
Instead of the color of just her coat changing (which didn't look that great) now her skin tone will change.

Newly subscribed civilians may take some to spawn. As your city grows they will start to appear more often. Don't worry, they will show up.
