Description
Increases the experience required to level up in NG+ and NG++. Level requirements on skills have been made more linear to help with the grind to 1,000,000,000 XP.

Wanted to point out that this mod also:
- Raises HP gains from Vitality by ~2 to 14 times normal.
- Lowers enemy damage output to ~75% to 40% of normal.
