INFINITE GOVERNING CAPACITY
This mod simply modifies all government ranks' governing capacity by 99999, meaning that all nations now have a minimum governing capacity of 99999, so the governing capacity is essentially infinite.
Now, of course this mod is not very balanced and is very much too powerful, but that is exactly the point of this mod: To let players experience a pushover game where governing capacity is not a concern
WARNING: THIS CHANGE ALSO APPLIES TO AI NATIONS, WHICH MEANS THAT ALL NATIONS CAN NOW EXPAND ENDLESSLY

This mod is compatible with MOST mods, except for mods that changes government ranks
This mod needs no DLCs
This mod is currently compatible in all languages
This mod is NOT Ironman compatible
