Description
某弹幕ACT游戏《Rabi-Ribi》（拉比哩比）的种族MOD

文件结构和代码是参考某柚子社MOD弄得

包含36个头像（里面也包括了一些相同人物的不同状态头像）原游戏里面有立绘的人物在这个MOD里面基本上都给加上了。

目前暂且是个纯头像的种族MOD，本来打算也做出专有的事件链、民政、科技之类的东西，然而由于脑洞不足所以就只能暂时咕咕咕了。

里面有个预设帝国和

I've just tested this mod,I'm pretty sure there IS a descriptor.mod file

Yep maybe you can try delete all .mod files in C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod sometimes this problem do happens on some mods

due to I don't know what.
the mod isn't packed with a descriptor file and the game isn't able to enable it without one.
