Report a translation problem
1. I think having generally the same items be found at many places is fine. But to change it up id remove all but one food item. Maybe make it canned food.
2. Set it between manufactured/Basic resources. Camp sites and lakes for instance would predominately have basic resources. Police HQ and Malls would have more manufactured.
3. Specialty item(s). This is where the different types of locations would differ. Kinda like how military bases always have ammo and such, these different areas could have their own "specialty". Schools could have high rolls for books from your other mod and low level back packs. Cemetery could be Offensive Tools and so on.
I think minor alterations that could be copy pasted, steps one/two, both would cut down down the time required to make the change while step 3 would still allow a small amount of flavor for each location.
