Description
This mod is the first version that allows you to create portals (the visuals are not nice but it works xD)
NOTE: Due to the broken mod tool i cant create icons. The parts have just empty bockes as icons in the inventory!
Currently there are 4 types of portals:
- One Way Portal
- Addressable Portal
- Walkable Portal
- Warp Drive

I had to remove the first version of the portals mod because i wasnt able to update it... uuids stayed the same so everything you have build unitl now should still work!

How to use the One-Way-Portal?
- place 2 portals
- connect the first to the secound
- press 'e' on the first portal

How to use the Addressable Portal?
- place an addressable portal
- place a switch (color: white)
- connect the switch to the portal
- activate the switch (powers the portal and allows you to port from and to the portal)
- place 2 value counter blocks (color: darkgray | color: black)
- connect the blocks to the portal
- configure the id and destination how every you like :)
- press 'e' on the block and you will be teleported to the destination you set


How to use the Walkable Portal?
- just like the Addressable Portal but instead of interacting with the block you walk through the smoke to be teleported (addressing works the same)

How to use the Warp Drive?
- connect the different inputs (coordinate and warp signal)
- set the coordinates
- activate the warp signal (one tick is enough)

Have fun with this mod :D ill add atleast one more portal type and i try to work on the visuals as soon as i have time for that. I will also make a guide when i have a little bit of time for that ^^

能不能给模块添加一个向外输出的连线信号,传送一次就输出一个逻辑信号。

So far, I have needed 16 to warp every 2 ticks, but the game is not happy. Is this a quirk of the warp drive, or the reason the cool-down exists?

Hey, what's the cool-down on the warp drive? So far I have been able to get around it by using 4 or so parts to warp every 2 gt, but a more precise answer would be appreciated! Thanks!

the mod is great, but I ran into a little problem. any value in x and y that I set in warp drive is multiplied by 4, for example: if I set the value to x-10, then I am teleported to x-40. of course, this can be easily fixed by dividing the coordinates , but it 's still not pleasant

Great mod, you prolly dont wanna go back to it after so much time but it would be great if you somehow made it so that walkable portal gives you kinda like a sneakpeak into where you are going, kinda making it a lot more seamless.

ok i know this is super random and on a like really old mod that has very little support id imagine, but is there any possible way to force a character into a seat from a teleport?

If I remember correctly then the coordinates correspond to the internal scale of the game. The modpack uses blocks (* 4) of the coordinates used by the warp drive. I should probably remove the restriction since larger maps are possible.

Is there any reason why the warp drive works from -1000 to 1000 and not normal cords (at least from what the modpack says)?

I can do that but I won't be able to do it this year probably. Maybe you can work around the problem by using a bit of modpack logic to determine the position that you have to be at when you want to jump forward?

would you add a jump drive? like the warp drive but directional. so you could jump like 100 blocks forward. not just to a specific place
