Description


Welcome to Downforce
Downforce is a card-driven bidding, racing, and betting game for 2-6 players based on Top Race, the award-winning design by the legendary Wolfgang Kramer. Players first bid to own the six cars in the race, then they play cards from their hand to speed them around the track. However, most cards will also move their opponents' cars. So figuring out just the right time to play a card is the key to victory. Along the way, players make secret bets on who they think will win the race. Whoever has the most money from their prize money, winning bets, and remaining bank wins.

Switching Tracks
  1. Unlock the current track board
  2. Place it into the grey track bag
  3. Right-click and Search the grey track bag
  4. Drag out desired track and place it on table
  5. Lock the track into place

Updates
  • NEW! Added 2 Mario Question Boxes that contain 6 Mario Kart Racers and 6 Racer Tiles
  • Added Wild Ride Expansion Tracks (sorry low res) + Expansion Animal Pieces + Ramps
  • Repainted and added decals to car models
  • Added snap points to all tracks to turn cars automatically
  • Created a dedicated car auction tally spot
  • Added stacks of money for betting
  • Added Bonus Power Cards
  • Colored the Viper Alley track
  • Fixed orientation of all cards and cleaned some up
  • Moved hand locations lower so cards don't fall underneath
  • Added room background
  • Added as many VROOM VROOM sounds as your mouth can make

Hi there, My gaming group love this mod of one of our go-to games. I've got one request if you are still updating it. Can you set all the pointers to hidden in the fog of war? As it is now you can see where the other players are placing their bets from their cursor movement. Thank you.

You did such a excellent job texturing Mario, DK, Bowser, Yoshi, Toad and Shy Guy, I was wondering if you plan on doing the others?
If not, would you be willing to take a commission to finish the rest of the Kart Krew?

I'm not sure what it is either. I loaded the mod and tried going through all the bags and items and couldn't get anything to throw an error inside the mod. Maybe it's something linked in the json and not used?
