Description

Federation House 6 is largely, but not entirely, based on "The Briars", in the Sydney suburb of Wahroonga. It was built in 1896, so it is a transitional late Victorian, early Federation style house.

No landscaping is included, and you will need Move It, to set back from the street.

Very nice @stevieb.

These houses remind me a lot of some of the houses found in California and elsewhere from the same period and are similar in some ways to the Craftsman style with their roof lines.
