Functionality officially added to L4D2 on 22nd of August, 2023

This add-on is optional, not required
Horizontal slash from left to right.

This was a HUD icon script, but there is no need for those anymore. Each weapon got its own icon with the update. I decided to turn this add-on into a more useful one.

This script works only on local servers you create.

Sorry for being off-topic, but what's to cvar to show these hit frames? Couldn't find any info regarding those elsewhere

Ahhhh, I use the melee weapon unlocker to get the riot shield and the golf club, so that's probably doing it.

@Genghis Penghis Check for conflicting add-ons. It's a script so it won't work with weapon unlockers, which are also scripts.

The hud icon didn't show for me, but the knife looks sweet and works without it so I'm not too torn up.
