Update 28 March :

Removed the technology requirements to recruit ... once you declare yourself Emperor you will be able to have access to the War Dragons Imperial Guard.
Changed archers to crossbow , after all the Emperor should have the best units at his disposal
Changed the look of the unit , previous shield too much yellow for my liking , also the cape and weapons .
Adjusted recruitment cost to be more aligned with the latest patch and increase the upkeep.


Update : Last addition to the pack , the shock cavalry - Imperial war Dragons Lancers , same recruitment criteria .

The pack is now complete .

Update: NEW UNITS

If you are like me and enjoy a full Imperial Army ... well the artillery was missing , therefore I created 2 additional artillery units Imperial War Dragon Trebuchet and Imperial War Dragon Ballista .
Both units have double the ammo of the regular vanilla artillery units , also with a higher recruitment and upkeep cost.
Same conditions to unlock them , declare yourself Emperor and research the right technology .
Additional tweaks were done to the units stats to fit better with the vanilla gameplay.

This is an elite units pack that I created for my own use and thought that other players might enjoy it as well, therefore I decided to upload it on the workshop.

The units becomes available once you research the proper technology for each unit and declare yourself Emperor.
I felt like there is no unique Emperor personal guard , therefore I created this pack. The name of the unit actually existed back in the Ancient China and they were really the Emperor's Guard.

The pack has 5 units with a limited recruitment number for balancing purposes , Archer ( 4 units ), Pike ( 2 units ), Spear ( 4 units ), Sword ( 4 units ) and Cavalry ( 4 units ) . All units are heavy infantry units with proper armor that I tried to visually implement in the unit's reskin .

The balancing is done based on the Imperial Units that I found in the main campaign , high stats with high upkeep/recruitment cost a fair balance for the main campaign.

The pack is playable in the main campaign and it's not compatible with the MofH DLC nor the 8P DLC since I do not have the DLC's
