This mod is now unlisted due to me really, really hating it, but leaving it up for the commissioner and those who enjoy it.

Character Features

• Rainbow Dash has too much sprite effort put into the hair
  
• Rainbow Dash is not balanced, like at all. +0.15 Speed, homing, starts with Humbling Bundle, and is always flying. Your only downside is 1 Red Heart and 1 Soul Heart.
  
• Instead of tears, you throw blue horseshoes.
  
• Dash comes with a specially made Brimstone spritesheet and costume, sporting the Element of Loyalty instead

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The custom Brimstone costume is not compatible with the No Costumes Mod or any mods that interfere with the animation file of the default Brimstone costume.
  
• Two options that are only available in the main.lua! Go to your computer's Documents > My Games > Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods and find the mod folder. Open the main.lua file with a text editor. In there, you can enable two completely optional features: Giving Rainbow Dash much longer hair (Not just the default hair but longer. Has a unique set of sprites) and giving yourself Brimstone at the start of a run to make it look like you have the Amulet of Loyalty.
