苏州中南中心位于苏州金鸡湖湖西CBD核心区，是湖西CBD城市天际线的中心和制高点，与东方之门、苏州中心广场组成一个整体，形成风格统一的面向金鸡湖的城市建筑群形象。项目总建筑面积约50万平方米，地上138层，地下5层，檐口高度598米，塔冠最高点729米，成为全国在建第一高楼。项目以打造绿色、生态、智慧、高效、多功能复合的超高层综合体为理念，建成集观光、七星级酒店、顶级公寓、国际5A级写字楼、世界顶级商业一体化的现代大型综合体，建成后将是苏州城市新名片，引领苏州工业园区成为具有国际竞争力的现代化、国际化新城区。
Located in the core area of Suzhou Jinji Lake Huxi CBD, Suzhou Central South Center is the center and commanding point of the Huxi CBD city skyline. It forms a whole with the Gate of the East and Suzhou Central Square, forming an image of the urban building complex facing the Jinji Lake in a uniform style. The total construction area of the project is about 500,000 square meters, with 138 floors above ground, 5 underground floors, a cornice height of 598 meters, and the highest point of the tower crown is 729 meters, making it the tallest building under construction in China. The project is based on the concept of creating a green, ecological, intelligent, efficient, and multifunctional high-rise complex. It will build a modern large-scale complex integrating tourism, seven-star hotels, top-level apartments, international 5A-level office buildings, and the world's top commercial integration. After completion, it will be the new business card of Suzhou City, leading the Suzhou Industrial Park to become a modern and international new city with international competitiveness.
