The only problems I have with the character is
the sprites (like you said) and how slow the FStrong is.
like if you think FStrong is too powerful just nerf it a bit and allow the blast to come out faster.
I'll probably look even more into the character to see what's wrong with him, I haven't played him too much in awhile.
