Small road pavements, highway lining and shoulders

Contains a few modifications to make roads look better:

1. Modifies modern small city roads so that they now have raised pavements to match the other roads, instead of just being flat.

2. Widens one lane one way country roads and adds edge lining so they match the other highway roads and fit large vehicles better.

3. Adds white edge lining to country highway junctions.

4. Removes shoulders from large country roads.
