Description
In vanilla, you can conquer the world, yet your capital doesn't develop unless you manually develop it. (Other than that one generic mission.)

What this mod does is once you have grown by 50/120/210/320/450/600/770/860/1070 development then your capital grows by 3 development (1/1/1) at each milestone. This also happens for the AI. As it happens by hidden event, wait for a few days after the next monthly tick to take effect. It's great for roleplay, I find.

I cant remember what version it was for but it should be functional for every version going forward regardless.

Obviously not. Anything that changes gameplay isn't compatible with ironman.
