Dark Sea Blue FS35042

Non-Specular Dark Sea Blue version of CCCanyon's Aluminium Packs.

Its creation was based on the need for a proper USN Blue, however, it might be fitting for other uses.

It was intended to mimic FS15042, or FS35042 from USN Paint Colors.

Reason for this is that these are not often used for planes - which is the main purpose of this pack.
