Faction Ideology Matters

Description
Fixes the annoying situation whereby a member of a faction drastically changes ideology without leaving said faction. With this mod the AI will now leave a faction if its ideology is diametrically opposed to that of the faction leader. Thus, there will be no communist France or fascist USA staying in the Allies faction. Coups actually matter now.

Please let me know of any issues, bugs, suggestions, etc.


Current features:

- A nation will leave a faction if it does not share the same ideology as the faction leader
- A nation that leaves a faction due to an ideological change will incur enmity from their former allies and will improve relations with those nations that share its new ideology
- If a nation that leaves a faction was at war it will agree a white peace with countries that share the same ideology
- Puppets at a certain level of autonomy that switch ideology can break free from their master, but their master will gain a puppet wargoal against them
- Neutral countries will stay in a faction if another nation has a wargoal/is justifying against them and will be subject to political influence from the faction leader


Latest update:

- Made it more likely that nations will try and ally with faction deserters that share their ideology
- Made it more unlikely that nations that leave a faction will try and re-join


NOTE: Currently only works with vanilla ideologies.

Changes in new update:

Faction leaders who switch ideology will (hopefully) leave the faction. If not, the other members will leave and form a new faction.

Only subject states with a certain level of autonomy can leave a faction and gain independence upon an ideological change.

Neutral countries will remain in a faction if at war or if someone is justifying/has a wargoal against them.

I'd personally say that maybe only dominions should be able to leave the faction and become free on ideology change because it simply isn't that realistic that for example British Malaya decides to leave the Allies without Britain interfering.

Updated with the following changes:

Nations that switch ideology and leave a faction will only sign a white peace with nations that share the same ideology.

Nations that switch ideology and leave a faction will suffer a significant drop in opinion from their former allies and a significant boost in opinion from those nations that now share the same ideology.

If the USA was in a faction where the leader was not communist, then yes. They would leave their faction and then agree a white peace.

So if I coup say the US and they turn communist and I was at war with them will that result in a white peace?

In terms of non-aligned countries, the idea i'm moving toward is that they should leave any alliance that is commie/fascist/democratic unless at war, in which case they should switch ideology or at least be subject to political influence.
