Slender Fortress Flashlight Sound Replace

Description
Simply replaces the default flashlight sound with the flashlight sound from Slender Fortress

Optimization Note: I decreased the volume and trimmed the length of the original audio file used for this addon

Edit: Someone has already done this and I didn't know lol

@Cake Man the sound cache may need to be refreshed. try snd_restart.

It appears my flashlight sounds got broken after i uninstalled the addon
