Versus Single - Mutation

This versus mutation is a single player versus game.

launch:
L4D2 -> Mutation -> Change Mutation -> Versus Single
You can select a team with M key. Please check your keys/buttons setting if M key(select-team) does not work.

You can use `sv_charts' with following commands:
map c2m2_fairgrounds versus_single
sv_cheats 1

spec:
- single player offline game.
- confogl-like versus mode.
- enemy team's bots are better than your team's bots.

This mod includes survivor AI fix on supported campaigns. (press button, start generator, scavenge, etc)
Currently Supported Campaigns:
- all official campaigns
Probably unsupported campaign have problems with all-bot-team.

This mod has stopped working in a recent update. This mutation mod itself doesn't seem to work because the add-on in versus mode is restricted in `addonconfig.cfg`.

How to enable addon:
Left 4 Dead 2 > Right Click Menu > Properties > LOCAL FILE > BROWSE LOCAL FILES
Open `left4dead2/cfg/addonconfig.cfg` with text editor.
Change "versus" "1" -> "versus" "0".
