宮城県仙台市青葉区国分町にあるクライスビルがモデルとなっています。
実際の写真がないため、テナントや階数などはディフォルメされております。

The model is the Krys Building in Kokubuncho, Aoba-ku, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture.

作成したきっかけは、角地のビルが少なかったからです。
最近は少しずつ増えているのでありがたいですね。
