i think it might be this line in the data file "3k_main_unit_permission_default_units_no_requirement"
im not a modder so im not sure any help would be great thanks

老哥，我发现好像除了玩家的其他派系也能用所有兵种，因为游戏一开始他们就有青龙军玉龙军了

Thanks again wonton for this amazing mod! :D it makes the gameplay better for alot of ppl that using this mod. i saw that some units are missing and especially the units for world betrayed and nahman! For example tiger guards from sun ce faction.is it too much to ask to include in this mod that units also? anyway ,thanks in advance m8 ^^ again for this cool addon and hope all the best for you.
