Description
It's not completely on VJ base but require VJ for this work!

Adds 14 SNPCs:
AH-64 (Friendly and Hostile version) air-to-air missiles for defeat aircrafts!
Mi-24 (Friendly and Hostile version) 2 random weapon sets! air-to-air missiles for defeat aircrafts!
AH-6 Littlebird (Friendly and Hostile version)
WZ-10 (Friendly and Hostile version)
Mi-28 (Friendly and Hostile version)
Ka-52 (Friendly and Hostile version) 3 random weapon sets!
AH-1Z (Friendly and Hostile version) air-to-air missiles for defeat aircrafts!

Some Improvements in AI
New Helicopters, including transport helicopters.
