Description

I hate watching solders crawling on the map after 2 min of battle ! my time is precious !
- greatly increase the vigor recovery speed when idling
- decrease the combat fatigue of historical mode
- reduce the max fatigue value, so unit gets recovered from exhausted faster

- tweak fatigue impacts

I slightly reduce the combat fatigue in record mode, the major change is to increase the fatigue recovery speed.
