Test release 16.06.2019

Test release featuring new blocks. May conflict with my other releases.
Stuff you should know before using:
1.'input types' are columns in the paint tool, to get a different input paint the block,
2.Everything works with 0 delay unless you add it through the delay block,
3.Loops are only possible if you use delay inside of them.
4.All the block specific information can be found in their description either in the inventory or their GUI,
5.Preview image only features few parts and modes, since it wouldn't fit them all.
