Report a translation problem
Asking the dev of the other mod for an overview of their mod, such as "fuzz" (the internal name for bounty variation) and chance to occur should give you an indication. Generally if I haven't specified a bandit faction, it's not been changed from vanilla or been given a bounty so you can compare that much at least. Sorry I can't be much help.
I don't believe the game has a system where they can hand in people and benefit from the income gained from bounties.
