Description
Added slight bounty chances to average enemies to promote making money through combat early game that isn't just looting the dead, such as direct combat or situational assasination. Other mods didn't specify what they changed and I got pre-occupied making my own version, so felt like uploading this one. May adjust this public version if enough input is given.

Bounty = base amount
Fuzz = +/- of how much the base bounty can be adjusted (e.g. 1200 with 200 fuzz has cap of 1400, lowest of 1000)
Rate = chance of assigning bounty
Bounties from city states are based upon the minor faction leader's bounty (Dust Bandits have United Cities, Holy Nation and Shek bounties while Berserkers are only wanted by the Shek, for example).
Amount of bounties applied as well as % are a rough estimation based on general prevalence, stats, and/or reputation.

Bounties are as follow:
Band of Bones - 1200 bounty, 200 fuzz, 8%
Berserker - 2000 bounty, 350 fuzz, 9%
Black Dragon Genin - 1200 bounty, 200 fuzz, 10%
Black Dragon Jonin - 2000 bounty, 250 fuzz, 12%
Crab Raider - 1250 bounty, 150 fuzz, 10%
Dust Boss - 2000 bounty, 1000 fuzz, 25% (unchanged from vanilla)
Dust Bandit - 800 bounty, 200 fuzz, 8%
Dust Bandit Bowman - 800 bounty, 200 fuzz, 8%
Escaped Servant - 1000 bounty, no fuzz, 8%
Flotsam Ninja - 1300 bounty, 200 fuzz, 4% chance
Flotsam Jonin - 2000 bounty, 1000 fuzz, 5% chance
Grass Pirate - 2000 bounty, 750 fuzz, 10%
Hungry Bandit - 500 bounty, 300 fuzz, 5%
Hungry Bandit Leader - 650 bounty, 150 fuzz, 7%
Gorillo Bandit - 4750 bounty, 500 no fuzz, 3% (5000 bounty, no fuzz, 3% in vanilla - fuzz added for flavour)
Kral's Chosen - 2000 bounty, 500 fuzz, 8%
Red Sabre - 1500 bounty, 350 fuzz, 10% chance
Reaver Neophyte - 2250, 250 fuzz, 12% chance
Reaver Blooded - 2500 bounty, 250 fuzz, 15% chance
Reaver Ironclad - 2750 bounty, 250 fuzz, 15% chance
Skin Bandit - 3250 bounty, 250 fuzz, 218%
Straw Lieutenant - 2000 bounty, 1000 fuzz, 25%
Starving Vagrant - 600 bounty, 300 fuzz, 6%
Swamp Ninja Jonin - 1750 bounty, 500 fuzz, 10%
Swamp Ninja Chunin - 1750 bounty, 250 fuzz, 10%
Swamp Ninja Genin - 1250 bounty, 250 fuzz, 10%

Following factions added to a city state due to having bounties ingame but no city associated:
Yabuta Outlaw, Yabuta Chief, Yabuta of the Sands (2000, 500, 20% for Outlaw and Chief, Yabuta of the Sands, same as vanilla, all assigned to United Cities)

i did talked to officer in heng i belive or heft and still nothing i now use other mod for bounty's and that other works exactly as you described

These bounties are just an extension of the vanilla bounty system. Putting them directly into a cage is finicky, I recommend talking to an officer behind the counter only, instead.

how did i redeam bounty cause i put them into cage and didnt get any money

Hard for me to say, they haven't specified the specific changes that they've listed. I'm not really playing Kenshi lately so I'm not sure how theirs differs from mine.

Asking the dev of the other mod for an overview of their mod, such as "fuzz" (the internal name for bounty variation) and chance to occur should give you an indication. Generally if I haven't specified a bandit faction, it's not been changed from vanilla or been given a bounty so you can compare that much at least. Sorry I can't be much help.

It shouldn't do so. It only adds a bounty to enemies for the player to hand it.

I don't believe the game has a system where they can hand in people and benefit from the income gained from bounties.

Does this affect NPCs in any way? For example NPC squads catching them and turning in their bounties?

in my opinion the "slight chance" is a bit to high. with this mod a bounty feels like no special, gives a mod there is a bit higher chance than vanilla?
