A generic level 1 industrial growable. (2 by 4 lot)

Continuing with the current theme of grungy generic industrials, I’ve uploaded this generic unit which has both a colour map to provide variations to the warehouse door at the back, and an illumination map for the front “office space” windows. There are loads of these in light industrial estates around the UK.

Only the air ducting props are custom props – decoration at your discretion.
