Normandy-Bocage graphics by Bie

My modification of an already modified set of map graphics by user 'Ubiquitous'.

Differences with the default graphics:
- Higher terrain levels are more green.
- Beaches have a darker, more "sandy" colour.
- Dikes have been changed to hedges with a suitable dark green colour.
