Flare Gun SWEP

Description
This is a flare gun weapon, highly optimized and simplistic, pull it out and shoot.

The flare will fall back down and will remove itself a couple seconds later (to keep things nice and optimized).

Ammo type is a Slam from Half-Life 2 as it's the most uncommon.
