Small Industrial Road with Parking

Description
This operates like a normal small industrial road. However it slightly shuffles the lanes around, allowing parking on the sides of the road. This provides places for your citizens working in industry to park.

Costs are marginally higher then normal industrial small roads.

Works great. Thank you for making this. I hated having to upgrade to streets in my grimy industrial areas just so my cims could park.

Looks broken: your road seens to not accept any traffic at all.
