Description

This mod removes all ethics restrictions of Shared Burdens civic, allowing to use it with any ethic combination (excluding Gestalt Consciousness) and any default authority. Additional types of goverments are added for different Shared Burdens authorities:

- Soviet Republic

- Communist State

- Utopian Empire

Additionally, Hegemon origin now doesnt prevent the empire from having Egalitarian ethics, for... some reason.

Note: Shared Burdens cannot be picked with Imperial Cult or Pleasure Seekers civics.

I've taken the liberty of updating all the files and localisations for this mod and using them to make a new one. Let me know if there is any problem with it!
