Changes locked building slots to a simple grey.
Cause there's no reason for them to be so detailed and RED.

Mod doesn't work for the planet view, only the starbase.

I love this mod so much. I know it's a small change but I felt like I was being penalized before when unbuilt squares were glaringly red. Now with this mod I'm much relaxed and don't feel like I have to fill every block with something to get rid of the red tiles. Thank you 😊
