TF2 Engineer Survivor (Ellis)

It's the Engineer from Team Fortress 2! This was a request made by user PlayStationeer95.

The Engie includes facial animtaion, the original TF2 textures, bile textures, and it even uses his viewmodel from the game too!

I figured a lot of people would want a RED Engineer, so instead of making two separate mods that would take up Workshop space, I decided to use True RNG and have it where the Engie can be BLU or RED on random! Think of it as a Team Scramble!

True RNG (named by Ellie) is when the RNG texture(s) can only change on every level/map-change. If the Engie's BLU, he will not change RED unless the next level loads. Even then, it's still random if it even changes.
