I made this mod primary for personal use, but why should I let you don't use it.

Currently it is still very skimpy:

Five traits that you can choose.

Later development maybe could be new events, policies or edicts.

Made a new version with an auto-event to supply the traits throughout the galaxy. Didnt found out how to set them onto presapient species, but I will find out later.

I've made an event @start of a campaign, will upload it after some testing. You cant change the traits, but I will try to make it possible to alter them by event, like the mod "Enhanced Gene Modding" did it.
