Thanks for the info; it's good to know.

Still, since I am a "plopper", I'm going to give this asset a try. Perhaps (being a "plopper") I can use its oversize to make my oil industry area look more realistic.

i had same issue as theigabod it builds over roads/ also not recomended

The building is 4x4 but the texture is WAY bigger than the actual building. So when it pops in, it covers the road and any buildings next to it. Not recommended.
