Ethical Habitats (2.1)

Requires Utopia DLC and The Utopian Dream.

Each fanatic ethic may build a maximum of 2 of their variant. Each non-fanatic ethic may build a maximum of 1 of their variant.

Variant habitats may only be built around an existing colony. It is not possible to build another megastructure or habitat at the same time - this restriction is necessary in order for the count on built habitats to work and is a limitation I cannot mod around.

Each variant has 9 tiles, its own planet modifier and unique building occupying the center tile.

• Authoritarian: Re-education Habitat
  
• Egalitarian: Recreation Habitat
  
• Gestalt Consciousness (non-machine): Nesting Habitat
  
• Materialist/Machine Intelligence: CPU Habitat
  
• Militarist: Fortress Habitat
  
• Pacifist: Market Habitat
  
• Spiritualist: Cathedral Habitat
  
• Xenophile: Commune Habitat
  
• Xenophobe: Gulag Habitat

Machine Intelligences may build a maximum of 3 of the materialist's CPU Habitat.

Gestalt Consciousnesses that are not machines have their own variant - the Nesting Hab. They may build a maximum of 3 of these.

COMPATIBILITY
Built against Stellaris v2.1.
Requires Utopia DLC and The Utopian Dream.
Does not over-ride any vanilla files.
Does not require AlphaMod. Works with AlphaMod. Not included in AlphaMod.
Should be fine with an existing save.
The AI will build the habs.
Not Ironman achievement compatible.
