Game Rule: Infertility

Description
Game Rule:
Adds the infertility trait, decreasing birth rate in those who have it.
+40% Difficulty Score

Approximately 15% of colonists will have a -60% chance of concieving. Meaning that their birth rate will be approximately 4% instead of 10%.
