The mod does change the Unit Recruitment Strength in the campaign. So that the units don't start with only 30% of their unit numbers.
Yes I guess it is compatible with Multiplayer games. But if you play multiplayer with others, then the other players do need the exact same mods that all works good.
This is normally the case in all Total War Games.
Gute Frage aber weiss ich nicht. Probiers mal im Workshop mit suchen nach "More armies" oder ähnlichem.
