Description
From a series of non-polluting (So safe to plop next to Residential and Commercial like real life) Industrial RICO buildings for your City Centre/Downtown Fabric District or light industrial fringe, based on buildings in Melbourne CBD, Australia

Seven storey cement rendered warehouse with basement Designed for Mcdonald and Co by Robertson & Marks in the Neo-Renaissance style and built in 1924.

The rear of the building also features a mural by renowned Australian street artist Adnate, visible from Hosier Lane, Melburne.

This series of excellent assets add greater flexibility and improves opportunities to mix industry with commerce & residential assets to create mixed use zones
