The Maharlika Empire

描述
This is my first mod, but I hope you guys enjoy! Basically, I was playing as Maynila, and I noticed how awesome it would be if you could form an empire by uniting all the territories of the precolonial Philippines, and that is why I made the Maharlika Empire which is not really a factual nation, but is based on historical assumptions of what it would be like if it did actually happen. This mod is NOT compatible with Ironman mode and does NOT need any DLCs to function. I may update it in the future wih added features such as a new culture and events.

so uh this adds the form decision to every nation for me and when i mouse over it the game crashes

@Hayate121 Yeah. You also need to colonize the other regions of the archipelago so I suggest getting Exploration Ideas first. Sadly, we never had an empire in the Philippines since tribes were fragmented as barangays, but this mod makes it possible! :)))

how do you form maharlika i invaded all tribes in the philippines but still doesnt give me the option to form maharlika
